Full Access in Privacy Prefs Not Listed (High Sierra)

Disk Warrior won't scan the disk for a general health check because it's restricted. I know I have to go into Security & Privacy settings but there's no Full Disk Access Folder listed. Tried googling. Can't find anything specific. Flipping infuriating
Is there a way to get that thing back in the list?
