I check my mac using the System Profiler from time to time. I checked it irght now and just noticed 4800 (mAh), I just have 5019 a few days ago and my computer is always plugged in to the power adapter. Could it be that I put my computer in sleep mode at night? I have it plugged it to a 24" display which I turn off at night and "sleep" the macbook...

It will vary up and down over time. In addition, my battery health has ranged from 92% to 100% at various times, currently at 96%. My mAh remaining is 5379, but has ranged from 56xx to 51xx.

Battery cells change minutely in capacity all the time. I wouldn't worry about it until you see a big drop.

Oh ok. Thanks, all of you for you're quick replies! Since I keep my MacBook clean and healthy, I was wondering what was with the battery mAh drop. Now all my confusion is gone. Thanks!
