Full charge capacity bigger than design capacity? (iStats Menus)

In iStats menus, Battery section shows that my full charge capacity is a little higher than design capacity. Earlier today charge capacity was less than design capacity.

What makes those numbers increase/decrease?

Thats normal. It's design capacity is a specific number on paper but the actual capacity can vary a bit. Sometimes more, sometimes less.

And the apps calculations are an estimate so have some error in them, which can be both up and down.
