And thats why people shouldn't use these tools. You can always find problem if you look. Diagnostics tools start making sense when your computer starts exhibiting problems, so that you can narrow it down. And yes, it is possible to predict problems, but that calls for much more complex models and approaches.

You wish :D Ever done multicore programming?

Absolutely. Wrote compiler optimizers for it.

Is it normal for Coconut Battery to show about 9 watts of discharging power with nothing open except activity monitor and the coconut battery app open? Then when I open Safari it jumps to about 12-18 watts, is that normal? The battery temp is about 82% is that normal, basically these are the reading with the system only running Safari with this forum open. I haven't used Coconut Battery much so I see these #'s but don't know if there normal or on the high range.

2015 MacBook Pro 15" (Iris Pro Graphics Only)

I'm not sure what Apple has done with the recent batteries on MBPs.

My 2015 15" has 15 cycles, 93.3% capacity. I bought it a year ago in June.
My 2012 13" non retina MBP has 12 cycles, 93.9% capacity and i Bought it too a year ago in June, both computers brand new at BestBuy.

Only 15 cycles in a year? Your MBP spends a lot of time on AC and is not allowed to discharge. Not healthy for the battery.

CoconutBattery is great, but should only be used as a very rough guide as the system will report statistics which fluctuate over time.

I've done 425 cycles on my 2016 MBP, and it reports current capacity as 92%. However, I've seen it as low as 87% and as high as 97% very recently. Unless you're having problems with your battery, don't read into the number too much.
