I've got the 16gb 3gs and it's a week old today. I charge it every night and get average usage from the battery, but it has never said the battery is 100%.

When I go into settings/general/usage the 'time sine last full charge' is always blank, and a note under it says 'Usage times will be shown after iphone is fully charged'.

How do I 'Fully Charge' the phone then?

Thanks for any help!

I'd probably let it go right down to the 10% warning then give it a full charge, it might not know what its extents are so can't tell you.

Thanks, but I've let it run down completely, twice, already. Any other suggestions?

1. I have my new 3GS and it can be charged to 100%, I belive the 16Gb is the same.

2. Try to install a free app to measure battery charge.

3. Reset to factory settings and then restore your contents once more. Full reset and restore.
