Anyone using Full Deck Solitaire by GRL Games (purchased from Mac App Store). Does not function on Mojave - opens up - but mouse is unresponsive inside their display area. Just curios if anyone else experienced this.

It didn't work for me, or it worked only by clicking and dragging on random parts of the screen: eventually a card would move somewhere in the game.

However, I grabbed one corner of the Full Deck Solitaire window and made the playing area as small as possible. From then on, the games have worked as normal, even when the window has been resized or maximised.

If the issue is related to screen settings, another way to try to force it to work would be to go into system settings and toggle through different display resolutions.

Three other things I had done on the same day, which might have made the difference.

1. Run macOS Maintenance Scripts
Open terminal and run...
sudo periodic daily weekly monthly

2. Reset NVRAM / PRAM on Mac
Shut down your Mac, then turn it on and immediately press and hold these four keys together: Option, Command, P, and R. You can release the keys after about 20 seconds, during which your Mac might appear to restart.

3. Reset SMC
If the battery is non-removable:
  1. Shut down your Mac.
  2. Unplug the MagSafe or USB-C power adapter from your computer.
  3. Using the built-in keyboard, press Shift-Control-Option on the left side of the keyboard, then press the power button at the same time. Hold these keys and the power button for 10 seconds.
  4. Release all keys.
  5. Reconnect the power adapter.
  6. Press the power button again to turn on your Mac.

If the battery is removable:
  1. Shut down your Mac.
  2. Disconnect the MagSafe power adapter from your computer.
  3. Remove the battery.
  4. Press and hold the power button for 5 seconds.
  5. Reconnect the battery and MagSafe power adapter.
  6. Press the power button to turn on your Mac.
