Full HD AV capture

I need to do lots of AV capture (PAL) in full HD and lower quality too.

Some of the devices has HDMI and some has just AV-out.

What inexpensive options are available for Mac users?

Are there any cheap hardware, which can capture multiple sources simultaneously?

I have MacBook with USB3 and older Mac with USB2. Can USB2 get one or more captures same time or is USB2 too slow?
