Hi everyone! I'm wondering if anyone would happen to know between, iCloud and Google Photos, when original quality is turned on, are videos taken from the iPhone (at say HVEIC video, 4k, 60fps) I know on iCloud it'll retain the quality but I'm wondering if it's the same on Google EVEN WITH original quality selected. I tried doing my own test and it seems the Google version either can't retain the 60fps or is a lesser quality but I can't be sure.

From everything I've heard Google compresses your photos and videos regardless of the settings you choose. I'm going to try Amazon photos because I think they don't do this but I guess I will find out.

I made a quick check. Original Quality.
HEVC 4K@60 6 seconds - 60.2MB according to metaphoto on my iPhone
HEVC 4K@60 6 seconds - 60.2MB in the web browser version of Gphotos.

Seems identical but Im not sure if there's a "file size" or "duration" limit of any kind.
