FULL retail reservation question

So, My reservation says I have a reservation for a full retail phone, I actually want that but will they force me to activate it? Or can I just walk out with it? The people at apple often don't know how to interact with business accounts and that scares me. Anyone else hear anything new about full retail on launch day at apple?

Apple, nine times out of ten, will make you activate before leaving. Especially on launch day.

If the system goes down, then you will be able to take it home, otherwise it's a forced on-site activation.

I don't think Apple is allowing No-Commitment pricing currently (due to shortages)
