Full-screen called-ID?? How??

Hi. How do I make a full screen caller-ID? I only get a tiny round one which is much more less appealing.

Edit the picture of the contact within the Contact app on your iPhone. Move and scale as you wish and then click Done. After that your iPhone should display full-screen Caller ID. Adding pictures any other way will result in the tiny circle picture ID.
