Full Screen Caller ID not working on ios17

I updated to ios17 and now my contacts don’t show full screen pictures when they call. Just a small bubble in the top left corner. How do I turn this back on to work like it did before?

I'm not sure, perhaps they have to create a contact card to fill the whole screen.
