the full picture comes up only when some people call. others have the little circle in top right corner ..is there a setting I'm missing or something?

So it's up to the user to update a picture that was origanly formatted correctly until iOS 7 released. Now I have to text email all 400 of my contacts to send me an updated picture. Yet when I look at the picture in the contact it's alread formatted correctly I find this to be a tough pill to swallow.

I use this app to keep picture updated. Try it.

Or you could steal their FB profile pics (or any FB pic) like I do. 😀
