As I tell all new associates at work, "there are no stupid questions. You can't learn if you don't ask questions." I have to tell people this because of people who are afraid to ask questions and bully those that do. Screw them!

I have the Apple watch 5 and I exercise and eat right, so that most likely won't ever happen.

I hope so too.

However FYI, electrical heart problems are rarely a consequence of bad diet and lack of exercise.
They just happen, to some.
