fully charged battery?

In my settings, my phone says it never has been fully charged... My battery goes pretty quickly too...

Mine says that as well, I did not know that I had to charge it for 12 hours. Can I use the phone while it is charging, or does it have to charge for 12 hours without use?

Ideally, you wouldn't use it. In reality, who can resist? You can use it, it might take a bit longer to charge. I wouldn't do a lot of heavy use though.

I don't now if I can go without it for that long ha ha. Do I have to do this every time I want it " fully" charge, or just the first time?

Just the first time, and on occasion thereafter.
