Saw this in an ad on Craigslist. At the expesnse of not looking dumb when I ask the owner does anybody here know what this means? Google was useless for the first time in a long time.
 
Oh I don't know, I'd rather ask the person who wrote the ad. What makes you think you won't look silly asking here? 😛 Though you're not because I'm clueless too.
But yeah, I don't get it and need more info.
 
Glad I'm not the only one stumped haha. In reading through the ad again it appears to just refer to being up to date on shots. Seems kind of weird since he's making it seem like a huge deal. Last time I checked a rabies shot was about 20 bucks. Thanks for the funny replies everyone.
 
And here I am thinking he went from Miniature Schnauzer to Giant Schnauzer.

According to Google, the phrase "fully upgraded puppy" only appears twice in teh entire Intertubes. This is the top hit. 😱

So if anybody's thinking of starting a puppy accessories business, it looks like a unique, cute and intriguing name is available. 🙂
