Hey mac-fans. We were planning on hanging out at Disney this year for vacation. TO make a long story short, life happened, and it has cut our vacation budget in half. Atlanta is only about 4 hours from here and I was there only for a quick overnight, once.

We'll be bringing our 3 kids (6, 4, 3) with us. Aside from Zoo Atlanta and Georgia Aquarium, what other things would be fun for the kids?

laser show at stone mountain, its amazing (I loved it when I was a kid and I still like it now)

make sure you ride the train and take the skylift

This is all I thought Atlanta had.

Futurama "The Deep South" said:
Amy: So, Fry, Atlanta was an American city in your time?
Fry: I think it was just an airport. They had a place where you could buy nuts.
Umbriel: No! Ancient Atlanta was more than just a Delta hub. It was a vibrant metropolis, the equal of Paris or New York.
Fry: That's right, honey! Whatever you say.
Umbriel: Look at these fabulous ruins. Turner Field, the Coca-Cola bottling plant, the, uh, the airport.
