Fun Little Story..

    I called Apple up a few hours ago and spoke to a lady about syncing my order with my Apple iD. (I pre-ordered an iPad and also purchased a smart cover for it). I'm lazy and didn't feel like signing in with my Apple iD, I just wanted to pre-order the iPad as fast as I could. This ended up biting me in the butt because I couldn't print the "Pre-sign for delivery". So the lady tells me she can't sync the order, but she will email me the pre-sign for delivery document tomorrow when she gets to work, and also one for my iPad when it ships! So I'm thinking sweet! But the best part of it all, she decides to credit me the smart cover of $39.99 + tax for my "troubles". I was actually pleased that she would send me the documents, and to top it all off, a free iPad cover! Just thought I'd share this pointless story. Anyways, Apple's customer support is pretty awesome!

    I guess buying from the (2nd? I can't keep up) richest company in the world has its benefits :p
