so can someone show me steps on how to personalize a ringtone? do i need any software? pls help, thanks

This is what I used at one point, and I think it should still work. Sadly, the tones can only be like 30-40 seconds. Oh and i use a PC.

I used to use "Old Phone" but made a custom ringtone of the tin can phone ringing from the beginning of the kids show The Wonderpets. My two year old freaks (in a good way) every time the phone rings.
