R ronnyweasle macrumors newbie Original poster Jul 27, 2012 #1 The command key trigger works fine. Customized keyboard triggers work fine. My Fn key is not broken, it just doesn't work with dictation 🙁. What could be the problem? I am running a mid-2012 13-inch macbook pro.

SR45 macrumors 65832 Jul 31, 2012 #5 Questions...... Just have to ask 😉 1. With my PAGES, I had to download the update from the Apple store for Dictation to work. Did you ? 2. Do you have Dictation turned on from the System Preferences icon on the Dock ? 3. Have you clicked the fn key twice ?
