Favourite three

'I'm Gonna Git You Sucka'
The only movie that dealt with the problem of O.G. in the ghetto.
Best line: "You got change for a hundred?"

'Dodgeball'
Never has bad dialogue been done so well.
Best line: "Thank you Chuck Norris."

'Meet The Parents'
The only comedy I can call perfect, especially in the acting.
Best line: "Have you ever watched pornography?"

Anyone seen Porky's?

^ This film had me on the floor

it's been years since I saw that... the scene in the gym where that gym teacher is banging that women and she's howling like a bansidhe :p :p :p

Almost Hero's. Perhaps one of the most overlooked, laugh out loud films of all time.
The Jerk. Redefining funny for an entire generation.
Joe Dirt. If you don't laugh at this one, you have no sense of humor whatsoever.
The Animal.
The Pest.
The New Guy.
Best in Show.

Please don't judge my selection harshly when I mention this next one.
Bubble Boy. If you haven't seen it... It is very funny.

I realized I skiped page 2 here, so what about Top Secret instead of A Fish as it was already mentioned

For me, the scenes between Greg (Ben Stiller) and the flight attendant are just priceless. The scene in "Meet the Fokkers" where Greg once again runs into her was a high point in an otherwise disappointing sequel. ;)

No, it's not really a comedy, but it is really funny... and the question were for funny movies, not necessarily comedies... :)
OK, true. Some of it is very funny. Just not the ending. ;)

First time I have seen 'Annie Hall' and 'D Bigalow' on the same list, any list!:)
My tastes range from the truly great to the truly absurd. My taste in humor knows no bounds! But seriously, Deuce Bigalow IS a funny movie. DB2: European Gigolo wasn't funny, so I do know the difference. :)
Here's to the Crazy Ones

but what about Platoon, Mystic River, or Leaving Las Vegas? real gut busters.

when i also saw "LA confidential", i felt sick to my stomach because the movie was so dark and there was no "hero", just disgusting villains and semi-heroes, but it occurred to me much later that the movie was quite a brilliant comedy, though a very, very dark one

but it really launched the careers of kevin spacey and russell crowe, who were previously the darlings of the critics, but without major box office success and not known widely to movie audiences
