Hi everyone, apologies in advance that this is a complete beginner's question. I recently opened terminal and found that the prompt looks a bit funny:
(where "mycomputername" is the name I gave my computer). I don't recall ever seeing the "mq67" before, however, and was wondering where it came from and how to change it back to something more sensible?
Also, when I open terminal I get the following line:
What does the ttys000 mean?
Any assistance would be appreciated. I don't remember these weird values being there.
Code:
