This, happens on every exercise be it running, walking or whatever. In this case, it was a run.
So, what happened to the other twenty two or so minutes?

It was a four mile run I tend not to sit or walk then. Thanks any way I appreciate you finding time to reply. If I was sitting or laying down, it should still record bpm assuming I hadn’t died.

Have you checked the H/R graph to see if there are any gaps when H/R was not registering? I have this occasionally and it creates a similar disparity between workout time and H/R time.

This looks a bit off, but in cold weather my HR-monitor doesn't detect all the time, so I have small gaps as well - not as big as here though
