Fusion 3 can't connect to internet

So I'm using Win7 and I can connect online with Fusion 3 wired or wirelessly, it says it can't detect the network driver. Any idea how to fix this? I can do online on Win7 when using bootcamp...😕😕

I've used both Nat and bridged successfully for fusion 3 (and its predessors)

I currently use NAT with my Win7 Boot Camp Partition in VMWare Fusion 3 and don't have any issues.

Have you tried rebooting the vm and your Mac?
Have you tried (re)installing the VMware Tools?
