Fusion drive - change standard 4GB buffer size

So I just manually created a Fusion drive in my mid 2012 MBP 15", using a 250GB Samsung 850 EVO and a WD Blue 1TB. So far everything seems to be working fine.

But I have been wondering about 1 thing.

Is there a possibility to increase the standard 4GB buffer size the OS keeps on the SSD part of the Fusion drive to for example 12GB?
