Fusion Drive fast in Bootcamp?

Can anyone tell me whether or not Windows takes advantage of the SSD in a Fusion drive?

Are both the SSD and HD utilized for higher performance, or rather does Windows only have the partition on the HD that it was installed on via Bootcamp?
