I know the Fusion Drive is part SSD and part HDD. But how fast is the HDD portion? Is it a 5400rpm or 7200rpm?? I can't find that info anywhere.

In 21.5" iMacs, the HDD part is a 5400rpm drive, while in the 27" iMacs, it's a 7200rpm drive (if I'm not mistaken).

    You are not mistaken.

The HDD component in the 27 inch iMac is the Seagate Barracuda ST1000DM003

    Yup that's a 7200rpm drive.

I wasn't sure about it because both my iMacs are pure-SSD configs :p
