Do either Fusion or Parallels support multiple monitors?

I currently use 2 monitors and will likely add a third. Can I use either VM program to take advantage of the screen real estate?

If it matters, my use would be financial trading software in XP on one or two of the monitors.

    Thanks in advance

I use two monitors with mac os x running on my laptop screen and windows on my external screen. Do you want to use both screens for xp? I'm not sure if this is possible. You may have to use bootcamp.
