Future iPad colours

Considering now we have new iPhone colours with the iPhone 7, what do you all think of the odds that the new iPads will be available in the same colours? Specifically the jet black piano black style finish.

The thought of a jet black iPad makes me salivate !

Time will tell, but my guess is that Space Gray will be retired and replaced with Black in the next round of updates, but Jet Black will remain exclusive to the iPhone.

I only see matte black coming to the iPad.

I think a jet black iPad actually wouldn't look good at all, and while they could technically do it, I don't think they will because of the extra processes and things it goes through to get the shiny finish. (watch the keynote if you don't know what I mean).

Matte black will look great on iPad, as does space gray right now.

I think it's smart to keep the theme going. iPhone colors on the iPad. Alot of people like all their Apple products in the same color scheme.

Space grey will definitely go and ill be glad to see it go since they cant make their mind up on which shade to stick with! A 1000 shades of space grey.. annoying.

I think it would look amazing but I think they wont due to the process. I watched the keynote live as I always do.

I have major OCD and things have to match or at least look tasteful together. I always hated having a MBP next to a SG iphone. But the jet black iphone will look great next to the MBP. But im not buying an ipad if its in matte black. So looks like no ipad for me sadly.
