Future iPhone 5 buyers, BLACK or WHITE?

I seem to be alternating Black 3G, White 3GS, Black 4, White 4GS.

This time, the 'leaks' we have seen make the Black look very sleek. Will contrast it with my White iPad.

I had a white 4S for my personal phone... I have a black 4S for work...

The Galaxy S3 that I am "renting" from AT&T is white as well.

For some reason, I do not like the black iPhone anymore. I am interested to see how the two final designs actually look. Then I will make my decision.

Ugh. Its a shame that the biggest option between every new iPhone is the color. Hopefully this year Apple surprises us and offers an option that actually means something... Multiple Screen Sizes.


(BTW. I chose white. Ive gotten black every time with iPhone/Touch/iPad and Im getting tired of it so I'll try something new this time)

- Looks better
- Shows less scratches
- Hides air bubbles more from the screen protectors (I aint a pro puttin them on lol)
- Stands out more

From what we ve seen so far in my opinion black looks nicer.
If the white is like two tone back silver n white then i ll go for the black one!

I was hesitant switching to white for the first time with the 4S.
In the end it was the right choice, I love how it has held up.

Don't knock it till you've tried it. I'll be sticking with white.

While I was stationed in Korea I had the black iPhone 4 and when I got back I got the White 4S and the White iPad 3. I'm switching back to black this time as Black is Beautiful

My partner and I got identical Android phones last time around and it's been annoying for 2 years. So glad to have an option.

We are 90% sure we will get diff colors... gonna do a coin toss if both colors are available on the day we buy and winner picks first. Black shows screen contrast better but white is easy to find in the dark.

For those keeping score, we are gay men and like both colors. Better get a "I'm str8" sticker for your iPhone or now everyone might be confused about what your phone says about your orientation/gender/identity!!! :eyeroll:

Black for me as well. Viewing photos and videos on the black model look better to me.

FWIW, this is also why nearly all TVs have black bezels.

I'll be getting the new iPhone in black. I have the white 4S and I've had it for a year and to be honest it just gets too dirty. You see any scratches at all no matter how small and it gets really annoying to look at after awhile.
