Fuzzing Lines Whilst Gaming

Hi Everyone.
I have the Mac version of Command and Conquer 3 which worked fine on my 2014 Mac.

I have recently bought a new Mac - 2019 13" MacBook Pro. Intel core i7 and 16GB memory etc etc.

Whilst playing the game - fuzzing lines run up the screen. I have messed with the graphics settings and can't find a solution.
I have attached a couple of pics.

Can anyone assist?

It sounds like it might be a resolution issue ?

Doing a quick search online, some people did this to fix their graphics issues.

I've tried every resolution going and the result is the same (via the options menu in the game). And I didn't have this issue on my old Mac.

Can I do the above fix without Steam?

For anyone else with the same issue, I managed to fix it by choosing a different display profile under settings.
