Fuzzy search instead of exact search

When I search in certain places in iOS – let’s use Passwords as an example, can I stop it from doing a “fuzzy match”?

If I type macrumors I want it to find only that exact string, not everything with all those letters somewhere in the string (eg “macabdefghijrumors”).

Is there an option somewhere I have missed?
