G4 Cube not booting up ! Help plz

I have this Cube , When I boot it up it dosent work and shows me a couple of lines of letters and thats all , Oh and its says , Panic

So I dont know , but if anyone can help it would be Great !

OK well its cause each time I start up my computer , it goes on the grey screen with the little computer and after abit instead of going on the destop it stay's there but rights things like:

Unresovled Kernel ( cpu 0) then lots of letters ... , Then: generating stack backtrace to panic ... Lots of letters and numbers ... Then at the end it says : Panic we are hanging here .


So ya thats the stuff it says ... :confused:

The most common cause of a kernel panic is a hardware failure of some kind, and of those the most common hardware failure is bad RAM. Just to be certain that it's not being caused by a peripheral issue, if you have anything connected to the Cube, start by disconnecting it.
 
You might also try booting up in Safe mode by starting the computer up while keeping the Shift key down.
 
well ive tryed taking out some of the ram and seeing witch one would be bad... and ive tryed the safe mode thing , and well now its just that it stays on the grey screen with the little computer, but it dosent dsay panic or whatever ... :confused:
 
Do you have a system install or restore CD or DVD? If you do, try starting up on that. If you still get the gray screen, you might want to disconnect the internal hard drive, assuming you know how.
 
That's a good idea. Disconnecting the hard drive and then booting from the CD would rule out (or in) hard drive failure.

Please, clarify. Have you attempted to restart on the CD? What happens -- specifically?

Do you know anything about disassembling the Cube? If not, then you should Google this topic -- it's hard to explain without pictures.
 
Alright well I have tried to reisntall the cd ( G4 cube software reinstall) and well It says that There isint any destanation , but when I go to chose one It dosent let me ... So ya :confused::confused: Well im not too Pro with disabeling the cube . But I do know some of it .

So ya well I got it I think , cause I made a drive , and now im reinstalling the software .. Thanx for all your Help !! really apreciated :)
