He did not cut the back very carefully. Still a little rough. But I think it a neat concept. A little pricey even with the included mini. I will not buy. But it looks cool.
I think there could be trouble from Apple about this.
Apple never discontinued the G4 cube. Production was suspended indefinitely. The Cube ultimately was declared obsolete, but never officially discontinued.
I was working in an Apple specialist when the G4 mini was first released, and remember that we could fit the G4 mini completely inside the bottom section of the Cube.
Looks like you could stack 3 of the M4 minis inside the Cube enclosure. Now that might be impressive...
A bone stock M4 Mac mini costs $600...
Listing is "buy it now" for $1200...
So the dude wants $600 bucks for a hacked up Cube, probably does not even include the original G4 guts...
Hard pass, and saddened by the hack job...

Yep, and furthermore, the opening at the back of the Cube is perfect for all the mini's rear ports.
However, as you can see, the Cube looks absolutely humungous on my desk in comparison to the mini. While I could rearrange things to accommodate the Cube and mini together elsewhere on my desk, it's not practical. Not only is the Cube too big, you lose access to the front ports and... dare I say it... the power button. I'd rather just keep the Cube on display on its own for now.
