G4 DLSD best RAM option

Hi all,

What would be the best RAM option 1 2GB DIMM or 2 1GB DIMMs?
Any experiences?

I have 2 x 1 GB PC2-5300 DDR2 667 MHz in my DLSD. The DIMMs work great even though the PowerBook uses another type of RAM. I just used these ones since I had them lying around one (they came from my old MacBook A1181)

Check the RAM-sockets before! If one of the RAM-bays is dead, then a 2GB brick is the only option ...
