G4 Mac Mini or eMac?

What would be a better purchase for the money?

eMac 1GHz/512MB/DVD-RW/Radeon 7500
eMac 1.25/512MB/CDRW-DVD Combo/Radeon 9200

Around £110-140 ($220-300)

or a G4 Mac Mini which would probably cost around £150/$300

Personally, I'd go for the mini. The eMac was a decent machine (my wife had one for a while), but they're a pain to work on/upgrade.
