I started up my PowerPc G5 the other day, the led at the front flashes, everything seems to start up, but i get no display and the fans run high

Things I have done.
Reseated and cleaned the contacts of all the ram (8x256) and the graphics card.
Reset the PRAM (little button under ram)
Taken out CMOS battery and tested voltage, full voltages still.

Help? What else can i do?

I meant to say i had reset the smu.
I have not reset the PRAM, should i?

Also i cant see any capacitors, but thats probably becuase they're behind the processors, that i cant take out...

Forget about caps as you have PowerMac not iMac G5.

Flashing light mostly indicates memory problem. Try to leave only pair sticks and test if it will change anything. If not, test another pair/other slots.

Fans are revving up right from the start or after some time?

Which exactly PM G5 you have (CPU, model etc)? Is it liquid cooled?

Provide more details, please.
