Anyone have a schematic for a G5 Dual 2.5 Ghz power supply?

If anything, you are not going to find any guides even from Apple's own Technician's Guide. To Apple, the PSU is one part and when it is repaired they just swap the whole PSU.

However, there are multiple videos on YouTube on rebuilding the PSU if damaged. It isn't hard, but care must be taken.

For the ATX:
There is a japanese (in english) article by someone who did this with his G5 2GHz. Unfortunately he didn't state which of the 4 2GHz models.

Could you by chance link to that? For me, I just pull the PSU and recap it since that is the most common failure. It the machine had a leak I rebuild the LCS, clean the Logic Board, and rebuild and clean the PSU.

Don't bother fixing, G5 power supplies are really cheap, just toss in a new or manufactured unit.

It is long ago I stumbled over this thread and I can't find it, nor do I have the time right now, to search intensively. But I just tried "powerMac G5 ATX PSU" and Google even turned up with Pinouts. http://www.google.com/search?q=Powe.....1ac.1.34.heirloom-serp..0.4.577.7X5D8dur1zw
