Did you actually read my post? Apple said that Education al Institution orders would be pushed ahead of certain other orders so that they could deliver them in time for back-to-school. THAT'S why I'm upset - I don't want superior service, I want the service I was told I'd get. Virginia Tech obviously got superior service. I've got an empty state-of-the-art media lab - everything is there but the computers. Back-to-school my ass. Erf.
