Michigan State University is primarily Dell/Windows. That is, for most of the public computer labs. They have a few PowerMac G3s scattered around if you're "lucky." If you dig a bit deeper, though, you'll find that most of the professors use Macs. Plus I'm on a sitcom and of course they use Macs for all the video in there. Even peeking in dorms I find a lot of people with iBooks. So I'd say the Apple dominance is growing at MSU.
 
The University of Wisconsin Has two major labs and they run 2.0 G5s PMs with the "old" cinema displays, and the other has 20'' iMac G5s. Seeing all the 20'' iMacs lined up in a row looks really sweet. Of course we have a bunch of Dells around as well.
