Just got Nougat. It's nice. I've had it on my S8. My battery has always been good. Maybe, with this, it will be even better?

Just got Nougat. It's nice. I've had it on my S8. My battery has always been good. Maybe, with this, it will be even better?
Yeah, I will eventually try it. I have just such a bad year with my Note 5 that I am afraid to try much more than I have already done. I am running a debloated ROM on my Note 5 now and most days, I get the best battery life I have ever gotten on the phone, about 2.5-3.5 hrs screen time. That's amazing for my Note 5 so I'm reluctant to ruin that. Some days, I still get random battery drains and I just want to throw the phone through the wall.

That's too bad. On a good day, I get close to double that (2.5, ie). We'll see how Nougat affects things. However, since I have the S8, I'm probably not keeping my Note 5. In the fall, I'll definitely get the Note 8.
