Galaxy S4 -> iPhone 6 anyway to replace camera functionality?

the Galaxy S4 had some cool modes in its camera like it would pick the best shot, or composite different shots to make a really good one, and could do action composite shots (think a skateboarder jumping and you see 5 different pics of him jumping in one picture). Are there any apps that replace those?

I know but there are other modes I'm missing.

On the topic though, why is it such a pain in the butt to change modes in the camera?

Tap the mode you want or slide to it. Excruciating, I know.

It is rather annoying to try and slide to a new setting.
