The iPhone 3G and 3GS have a plastic back and chrome around the edges. It feels far from premium.

Haven't seen anyone lambasting the 3G and 3GS because they are made mostly from plastic.

Hmmmm.... not sure that's what I "concluded." Seems to be a lot of people lacking reading comprehension on this thread. I honestly don't think people even completely read the OP and the source anymore. Oh well.
