What's the best way to share an image without having it compressed? I have some photos I'd like to share from my s7e and Note 5.

Use the browser to view forum and upload them in the browser and insert attached files into post.

Is it a one time thing or recurring? WIFI or cellular?

If one time, you can use an app like DavDrive that serves files in a folder via web download or via WebDAV client access.

If recurring, use apps like Autosync Google Drive or OneDrive to schedule or manual sync a folder to the cloud then sync down to other devices.

A few images I just took with all three devices. All three were on Auto mode. Not sure how much compression goes on with using MR's upload file feature.

Not huge dufference but the edge photo has better bokeh affect on the metal stand ...

So is anyone else other than myself here using the no app drawer option. ? After a day getting used to it, i actually dont mind it. I'll probably get bored and switch back, but at the moment it feels tidy (removes duolication of apps in the drawer and thos on the homescreens).

Out of interest. What is the weather / tempteture where you are? I am just noticing how pale the grass looks compared to our miserable cold rain soaked irish grass here.

Lol we are close to the Pacific Ocean. It's sunny but about 65 Fahrenheit

Is that your winter time ? Thats about 18-19 celcius, which would be the kind of tempreture we get on a normal summers day. If thats your winter going into spring too, then your summers must be baking.

This is coastal southern California. We are on vacation 🙂 but this is normal temps for this time of year.

No mine is instantaneous, i am using the samsung flip case with sleep to wake feature. Haven't really tried without the case as yet though. How slow is slow ?

I have an iPhone 6s Plus, provided to me by my company, I have personally owned every iPhone since the 1st gen and today I used an S7 edge for the first time and it is honestly the nicest phone I have used in a long time. Screen is incredible, the way it wraps around is very nice, android I have never used before but know people who do and it appears to have come on a lot in recent years. I can't wait for mine to arrive. Thanks for all the comments/info/tips in this thread.

Been reading a number of comments on this thread with people chest thumping about one OS or other, why?

They both have strengths and weaknesses & I wouldn't say one is better than the other overall.

The S7 pair look OK but compared to my Note 5 they aren't for me. I tried a GS6 last year & realised the only Samsung devices I'm interested in is the Note series.

A black screen before it wakes. Noticeable delay.

OK what is going on with this device.
