You don't need to resize it tf. If you don't want parallax effect, before confirming to change wallpaper, pinch out the picture so the whole fits and then you can move it right or left. You can zoom the picture too. Don't know why you wait for us to do it for you.

I wanted it set to perspective, when I try I lose the mountain part. It will work fine on still setting though

I currently use an S5 honeycomb wallpaper formatted at 1080x1920 for my 7+. After saving to my phone, I edited it and made it a tad darker.
