Game Center - Quick Question

If I have a game center game that involves multi player over wifi does this mean I can play against my friend even though we are on seperate wifi connections in different houses and is it simple to do?

Yes you don't have to be on the same wifi. You have to add each other as friends via apple id, and then you can play where ever you are.
