It is like Steam/Xfire for iOS. Tracks gaming hours, achievements, leader-boards, auto-matches users for multiplayer and you can add friends.

I like it. I have certainly killed a few minutes failing to win some randomer at Doodle Jump. OS X should have the feature I Lion IMO.
