iPad mini Games for the iPad mini?

What are some good casual games for the iPad mini? I miss the days when you could pay 99¢ and get a full game to play. I’m not interested in anything that’s going to consume a ton of my time or something that’s constantly going to harass me about in-app purchases. What are some good (preferably free) casual games to kill some time?

Call of Duty: Mobile is free. While it does have paid options for cosmetic items, it is still very enjoyable as a free to play game.

If you like logic puzzles, the Sherlock family is good. There’s a free version and two or three paid versions (not pricey and each with different puzzles).

I like Bloons TD6 (it’s a bit of a grind without IAPs, but easy and enjoyable enough to unlock everything through casual play) and Bejeweled Classic HD (just a couple of bucks to remove ads)
