GameVice for XS Max?

I guess even the developers themselves don't know yet for certain whether it will work/fit. But for those of you that own one and knowing the size of the 8 Plus, do you think it will fit? Looks like the Max is a bit thicker, but that seems negligible. Wondering about the other dimensions and how tight they are for the 8 Plus.

• iPhone XS Max – 157.5 x 77.4 x 7.7 mm
• iPhone 8 Plus – 158.4 x 78.1 x 7.5 mm

Why wouldn’t it fit? It’s slightly shorter and narrower than the Plus

I'd imagine so but if it were that obvious you'd think the developers would say so. I'm wondering if maybe the camera might interfere or something like that. Maybe they are just being really conservative.
