Just to confirm, if I have an Apple TV 4K and log into my Apple account. I can then play the catalogue of games that I have in my App Store purchases on the Apple TV?

Providing they’ve got Apple TV versions of those games then yes.

That is up to the game developer. Lazy developer = no Apple TV version
