whats the best option out there? What do you all use? I have alot of open projects and if I could see all of them I could work better..

Omniplan is good.
Merlin2 is good.
Software in your topic good.
Bento = Spreadsheet on steriods, it just doesn't provide any relational type linkage or the graphical views of normal project management software. It's good, but manipulation of Pages with Numbers would do the same thing.
